The IAIM infant massage course runs over 5 week. Each session covers a new area with a review of the previous areas already covered.
The first week is legs and feet, this area is used as the beginning as it is the least vulnerable part of a baby’s body.
Second week covers the stomach with a demonstration of the colic routine massage.
Third week sees chest and arms have their turn
With the fourth week covering face and back.
Finally in the fifth week, we do a full body routine and also gentle movements which are exercises inspired from yoga traditions.
